Tapas and freshly baked bread from the grill

Grilled bread (8 flatbreads)

You need:
- 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soft butter
- Flour for the hands
- Olive oil for brushing

Here's how:

  1. Dissolve yeast in 300ml lukewarm water.
  2. Knead yeast water with flour, sugar, salt and butter to a smooth dough and cover
    Let it rise for about 30 minutes.
  3. With well-floured hands, form the dough into 8 flatbreads of approximately equal size.
  4. Lightly brush one side of the flatbreads with oil and then place them on the grill with this side down.
    After about 3-4 minutes, brush the top side with oil and turn over. Grill for another 3-4 minutes.

Balsamic mushroom skewers (4 pieces)

You need:
- 8 medium-sized mushrooms
- a few sprigs each of rosemary, thyme and oregano
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (vinegar or crema)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper

Here's how:

  1. Clean the mushrooms, halve them and put them on 4 skewers.
  2. For the marinade, finely chop the garlic and herbs and mix with oil and balsamic vinegar
    mix.
  3. Brush the mushroom skewers with the marinade and place them in a bowl for at least one
    Marinate for an hour.
  4. Cook on both sides on the grill at medium heat.

Dates with bacon

You need:
- Dates
- bacon slices

Here's how:

  1. Pit the dates and wrap them with the bacon slices.
  2. Grill until crispy on all sides.

Zucchini and feta skewers

You need:
- 1 pack of feta
- Cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 zucchini
- Oregano
- salt and pepper

Here's how:

  1. Cut the feta into cubes of about 3 cm.
  2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices and wrap them around the feta cubes.
  3. Put feta zucchini cubes together with a cherry tomato on a small skewer.
  4. Brush the skewers with the marinade made from olive oil, lemon juice, a little oregano, pepper and salt and marinate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side and brush with the remaining marinade if necessary.
