1. Let it cool: Let the BOOSTER FRAME cool completely before you start cleaning it. This protects you from burns and makes cleaning easier.

2. Clean the frame: After use, wipe down the four side panels and the stainless steel base that holds the BOOSTER with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a stainless steel cleaner. Make sure no grease or ash residue remains.

3. Clean the KAST: The KAST sits on top of the frame. It’s made of cast iron, so it requires different care than the frame: do not put it in the dishwasher, and avoid water and dish soap as much as possible. Wipe it down while it’s still lukewarm with a cloth or paper towel, then rub it dry.

4. Cleaning the BOOSTER: Check the BOOSTER’s burner regularly for debris and clean it with a soft brush or cloth. Make sure no residue blocks the gas flow.

5. Preventing rust: The frame and BOOSTER are made of stainless steel. The cast-iron KAST requires more attention, as it can rust unlike stainless steel. After each cleaning, dry all parts thoroughly and store them in a dry place. 6. Storage: Store the BOOSTER FRAME in the included carrying case or in a dry place, protected from moisture and dirt. With proper care, your BOOSTER FRAME will remain ready for use, no matter where you cook.
